All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible from multiple warehouse locations.

During periods of high demand, processing and shipping may be delayed by a few days. We kindly ask that you allow additional time for delivery.

🌍 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 2–5 business days
  • Worldwide: 14–25 business days

⚠️ Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, or carrier disruptions).


📩 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

This allows you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.


💰 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Tech-4haven.store is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.

✔️ All additional charges (including tariffs, taxes, and import fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 If a package is returned due to unpaid fees or refusal of delivery:

  • The product cost will be refunded
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded

⚠️ Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item:

  1. 📸 Take a clear photo of the damage

  3. ⏱️ Within 48 hours of delivery

👉 We will review your request and arrange a replacement if applicable.
